If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to have the order re-sent. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from address errors provided at checkout.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Email us at nishtees@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Usually, orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed or cancelled.
